Over the Net Market Values

- Over-The-Net Market Value This is a full market analysis on a particular property which includes the listing details of all ACTIVE, PENDING, & SOLD (last 90 days) properties within the same area. This will include address, photos (if available) and price. If it is a SOLD property, it will show the asking price, the actual selling price, how many days on the market, plus any concessions that the seller may have made. This info will be sent via E-mail.
- What did the home/property down the street or around the corner sell for? (Did the neighbor really get what he said he did?!) This report focuses more attention on what a particular property in a given area has recently sold for. This single report serves two purposes:
- For the home owners thinking of selling their current home and buying another within the greater Austin area. Run this on BOTH addresses and see the difference in market values between the 2 areas!
- For property buyers who are thinking of buying a given address. Run this report to see what like properties have recently sold for in that area to help determine an offer price.
- Automated Market Value Watch – This is an EXCELLENT tool for the property owner who is considering selling within the next 3 to 6 months! You will initially receive everything contained in the Over-the Net Market Value Report, and then anytime there is ANY market activity within that area, you will automatically receive an E-mail giving you the details.
