This form’s primary use is for the property owner who is thinking about selling within the next three to six months. This can also be used by the person who is considering buying in a particular area within the same time frame. By evaluating the like properties that you receive, how quickly they sell, and for how much, you can easily watch your market and determine when would be the best time to maximize the return on your investment.

After completing the form below, here is what will happen.

• You will receive an E-mail containing properties that are comparable to the one you tell us about below, that are currently Active For Sale, Pending Sale, or Sold (within the last 90 days) that are within the same area of the address you give us.
• Then, any time a similar property is listed for sale or sold within that same area, it will be E-mailed to you automatically.
