HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

This program encourages the sellers to take an active role in the sale of their home.

We will do everything we would normally do in marketing and advertising your home, realizing that there may be a friend or family member who already knows everything about your home, but was unaware you were ready to sell. This allows you, the seller, to save the buyer's side of the commission.

• You may show your home anytime you wish.
• We will provide our full-service package
• We will provide you with flyers and feature sheets about the home
  
• We will market and advertise the property in the MLS, all the various web sites, and all other methods that we normally would do.
  
• You will have regular communication with our office and much more.

All of our regular services are carried out as usual.

If you bring a buyer to us we will discount to the seller the portion of the commission that we would normally pay the buyer's agent (usually this is half of the total commission). When you find a buyer, you can call us and arrange a time that one of our buyer specialists can meet with both parties at our office to write a contract of purchase on the property. We will coach you and your buyer from this point all the way to closing (as we always do).
